How much is the late fee?
You’ll receive a late fee of $25 if your full payment is not received by the 10th of the month.
When are my invoices due every month?
Invoices are due on the first of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, your vehicle will not be released until the full payment is received. You’ll also incur a $25 late fee.
Can I schedule a one-time payment at a future date?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
What if I overpaid?
The overpaid amount will automatically be credited to your account and used against future invoices.
Why does my payment history not show all my payments?
Your online account will only show the payment history for payments made directly on our website. Payment history for payments made over the phone, via check by mail, or in person at the garage are not available.
Why did my account balance not change after I made my payment?
Account balances are updated within 1 to 2 business days. You can view your recent online payment on the PAYMENT HISTORY page of your online account.
When will my online payment be credited to my account?
Once you submit a payment, it will immediately appear in the PAYMENT HISTORY section of your online account. Payments will post to your account within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I transfer my reservation to a different Icon or Quik Park location?
Reservations cannot be transferred to different locations because rates vary at different facilities. That said, if your reservation hasn’t started yet, you can cancel it for a full refund and book another spot at a different facility.
Can I park overnight?
Absolutely! When searching, change the dates/times to the overnight period during which you plan on parking. All garages that allow overnight parking will show up, and you can book right from our website or IconGO app.
