How do I enroll in Autopay?

To set up automatic payments, click on LOGIN/SIGN UP near the top-right corner of the Icon home page

If you have not previously created an online account, please select the SIGN UP option and enter your name, email address and create a password to initiate your account set up. Then, under My Monthly Parking, click Add Monthly Account

You will need: 

  • Your 7- or 8-digit account number* 
  • Your billing zip code from your monthly invoice. 

 

*Note: When entering your account number, you only need to enter the 7 or 8 numbers found after the hyphen. (i.e., Account # XXXX – 123 456 78). No need to enter your spot or space number in front of the hyphen.

Once you’ve created your account, or If you already have an online account, go to MY MONTHLY PARKING and click View Account. 

  • Click Manage Autopay in the left-hand menu 
  • Then click ADD CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUNT 
  • Add your method of payment
  • Select your desired payment method(s) and click ACTIVATE AUTOPAY

Welcome to the convenience of autopay! You’ll receive an email confirming that your enrollment in autopay was successful and will begin on the first day of the following month. Please note, if you have a current balance on your account, you will need to submit a ONE TIME PAYMENT for this month.

The garage was full, and I was not allowed to park, although I had a reservation.

On the rare occasion that the garage is full and we cannot accommodate you, please ask to speak with the supervisor at the garage, and you will be directed to the next nearest location.

I accidentally parked at the wrong location, now what?

Reservations cannot be transferred to different locations, because rates vary at different facilities. You will be subject to the posted rate at the location where you have parked.

I did not park for the entire reserved time. Can I get a partial refund?

Unfortunately, no. Partial refunds will not be issued for unused time.

Why was I charged at the garage if I purchased a reservation?

Any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to an additional charge. For example, if your reservation goes from 10am to 10pm, and you arrive at 9am or leave at 11pm, you will be charged at checkout.

Also, almost all Icon and Quik Park facilities charge up to $15 fee per 24 hour period for oversized vehicles. This fee is assessed by the on-site staff and paid upon departure from the garage. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches or longer or 65 inches in height or higher.

How do I redeem my reservation?

When you arrive at the facility, the attendant will text you a digital ticket after obtaining your phone number or give you a paper ticket. He will also confirm how long you plan on parking.

When you return to the facility, please present your digital or paper ticket to the cashier. You can then scan your reservation bar code on the scanner outside the cashier booth or show the attendant your Icon Parking reservation information.

If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will be required to pay these fees now.

The valet will retrieve your car, and you’re good to go.

Can I use more than one reservation at checkout?

No. Reservations cannot be combined. Only one reservation can be applied per parking stay.

Can I edit my reservation after it’s been booked?

Unfortunately, no. Once made, reservations cannot be edited or changed. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation and re-book a new one. All prepaid reservations can be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to the arrival time indicated on the reservation.

Note that no refunds will be issued for unused reservations not canceled prior to the arrival time.

I can’t find the entrance to the garage I reserved.

All of our reservation confirmations and coupons include both the facility and facility entrance addresses. If you are programming the location into your GPS, you should enter the facility entrance address to guide you to the garage. If you need additional assistance, you can call the phone number listed on your reservation to speak with an on-site attendant at the facility.

I canceled my reservation before the start time. When will I get a refund?

If your reservation was canceled while the charge is still pending, it will be voided and will disappear from your credit card history in 24-72 hours. If the charge has already settled, kindly allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
