Monthly Parking – Autopay

When you transferred garages, you were assigned a new account number. If you haven’t already, please link your new account number to your online account.

Under My Monthly Parking, click Add Monthly Account

You will need:

  • Your 7- or 8-digit account number*
  • Your billing zip code from your monthly invoice.

*Note: When entering your account number, you only need to enter the 7 or 8 numbers found after the hyphen. (i.e., Account # XXXX – 123 456 78). No need to enter your spot or space number in front of the hyphen

You will need to re-enter any saved payment information and activate autopay under the new account number.

Per our Subscription Terms & Conditions which you accepted when you enrolled, billing will continue at a rate subject to change until a cancellation notice is submitted online.

Since we require advance notice of cancellation, you cannot back date your request. However, you can include any additional information or comments regarding your cancellation before submitting the form on your online account.

Although you are no longer parking, autopay will continue to debit your payment method until you submit an online cancellation notice via iconparking.com*.  Since we require advance notice of cancellation, you cannot backdate your request. However, you can include any additional information or comments regarding your cancellation before submitting the form.

*Note: If you signed up for a subscription and you terminate prior to the end of the term, you will be subject to a termination fee of 50% of your remaining subscription term balance, up to $1,000, per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to upon enrollment.

No, you must log in to your online account and turn off autopay before the last business day of the last month you plan to park.*

*Note: You cannot deactivate your autopay enrollment if you are in an active monthly subscription term, even if you are no longer parking. If you signed up for a subscription and you terminate prior to the end of the term, you will be subject to a termination fee of 50% of your remaining subscription term balance, up to $1,000, per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to upon enrollment.

To disable your autopay enrollment*, log into your online account by clicking LOGIN/SIGN UP near the top-right corner of the Icon home page. Once you are logged in:

  • Go to the MY MONTHLY PARKING tab and click View Account.
  • Click MANAGE AUTOPAY.
  • Click on DEACTIVATE AUTOPAY.

*Note: To avoid monthly charges, you must disable autopay before the first of the month.

However, you cannot deactivate your autopay enrollment during an active monthly subscription term. As stated in the terms and conditions, you must agree to enroll in automatic payments and electronic billing during the duration of your subscription. After the subscription term has ended, you will not be required to continue enrollment in autopay.

First, let’s check a couple of things. Has your credit card expired? Has your bank account information changed? It could also be that your selected autopay method is no longer valid. Log into your online account by clicking LOGIN/SIGN UP near the top-right corner of the Icon home page. Then, verify your selected payment method:

  • Go to the MY MONTHLY PARKING tab and click View Account.
  • Click MANAGE AUTOPAY.
  • Check that your payment method is correct and that autopay is enabled.
  • Click Make One Time Payment to pay your balance due for the current month.

If your payment fails again, it’s time to contact your credit card provider or banking institution for further assistance.

Autopay only runs on the first day of each month and must be enabled before the 1st. If you set your autopay up on or after the 1st, you probably weren’t billed. You will be billed the following month. So, in this case, you will need to submit a ONE TIME PAYMENT for the current month for any outstanding balance on your account to remain current.
