Payments made via our website post to your account within 24-48 hours, and payments made by check or at the garage can take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
If you currently make payments at your garage or pay via check by mail, we strongly urge that you use our website’s automated payment systems for fast and efficient processing. In addition, no maintenance fees or late fees are charged when your account is paid in full by the 10th of the month on our website. You can also use our Pay By Phone option by calling (855) 880 4941, however, please note that you will not receive a receipt if you pay by phone.
Once your online payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation number. You can view the details of the payment in the PAYMENT HISTORY section of your online account. If you haven’t received a confirmation email and you don’t see any charges on your credit card, the payment has not completed processing. Online payments take approximately 1 to 2 business days to post to your account.

Yes, you can use commuter parking benefits to make an online payment; however, we’re unable to accept commuter mass transit benefits at this time.
You can make a payment through your online account on the website, iconparking.com.
If you have not previously created an online account, please select the SIGN UP option and enter your name, email address and create a password to initiate your account set up. Then, under My Monthly Parking, click Add Monthly Account.
You will need:

- Next, go to Make Payment. To add a method of payment, click Use A New Payment Method.
- Click ADD CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUNT and add your method of payment.
- Select the amount that you would like to pay, and click SUBMIT PAYMENT.
A payment confirmation will be emailed to you, and you can also confirm the pending transaction in the PAYMENT HISTORY section of your online account. Payments will post to your account within 1 to 2 business days.
If you do not make your full monthly payment by the 10th of the month using either Icon’s website or Icon’s payment by phone (855) 880-4941, a monthly maintenance fee will be assessed.
Here’s a breakdown of maintenance fees:
No fee – Enroll in autopay or pay your full balance online on iconparking.com or through Icon’s payment by phone (855) 880-4941, no later than the 10th of the month.
$5 fee – For payments made online on iconparking.com or through Icon’s payment by phone (855) 880-4941, after the 10th of the month.
$10 fee – For payments made onsite at the garage or via mail by check.
