Unfortunately, no. As a condition of entering into a subscription term at a discounted rate, you must agree to enroll in automatic payments and electronic billing. The credit card provided during enrollment will be charged automatically on the first of each month unless you elect to change the form of payment, which must be either credit card or eCheck. Changes to your automated payment may be made on your online account by visiting www.iconparking.com or using the IconGo app.

On the rare occasion that the garage is full and we cannot accommodate you, please ask to speak with the supervisor at the garage, and you will be directed to the next nearest location.
Reservations cannot be transferred to different locations, because rates vary at different facilities. You will be subject to the posted rate at the location where you have parked.
Unfortunately, no. Partial refunds will not be issued for unused time.
Any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to an additional charge. For example, if your reservation goes from 10am to 10pm, and you arrive at 9am or leave at 11pm, you will be charged at checkout.
Also, almost all Icon and Quik Park facilities charge up to $15 fee per 24 hour period for oversized vehicles. This fee is assessed by the on-site staff and paid upon departure from the garage. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches or longer or 65 inches in height or higher.
