Icon’s activation fee offsets the costs of maintaining and optimizing our technology and supporting future service developments to provide a seamless, hassle-free parking experience for our customers.

Customers can now save 3.5% on their monthly parking rate by paying online via ACH using their bank account. Discount will only be applied to current balances and does not apply to taxes and fees including late fees, account maintenance fees, oversized vehicle fees, exotic and luxury vehicle fees, SUV fees, or any other additional fees. Account must be in good standing, with all payments up to date.
