We hope to resume regular operations as soon as possible, however, at this time there is still much uncertainty. We will continue to stay abreast of the latest developments associated with this virus and will make our decisions based off facts and science – relying on expert opinion to support our actions, so we are always doing what’s best for our team, customers, partners and communities.

If a reservation is not available during the hours you selected, the location may be sold out, or, may be closed during part of that time period. If you are returning your vehicle after the hours that your garage is officially closed, you may drop it off at the alternate facility noted on the attached list. (link)

If you know in advance that you will need to retrieve your vehicle while your garage is closed, please contact your regular location manager to arrange temporary parking at the alternate facility noted on the attached list. (link). In light of the current environment, please try to provide at least 24 hours’ notice in order to make these arrangements.

Below is a list of locations that will be closing overnight on weekdays (10pm – 6am) and on weekends (Friday at 10pm – Monday at 6am), and their alternative location. *These changes will take effect on Monday 03/23/2020 at 10PM*

Icon Parking has plans in place to ensure the safety of our parking team members and customers as they park with us. We have implemented new policies and protocols at all of our garages; garage team members will be wearing gloves for their safety, and we will be informing every customer that we will wipe down and disinfect their steering wheel, gear shift and any other contact points required to safely park the vehicle. We have also ensured that employees have easy access to hand sanitizers.

Icon has been proactive to help our employees protect their health by educating them about the virus and how to stop it, and other acute respiratory illnesses, from spreading. Employees have been instructed to stay at home if they are ill or exhibiting any symptoms of the virus. Employees who report to work ill or become sick during the workday will be sent home immediately and separated from other team members in accordance with health guidelines.

Amid concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Icon Parking is closely monitoring the latest reports from the CDC and has taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our team members and customers.

The majority of Icon garages will continue to provide parking services, however, we are temporarily adjusting the hours of operation across our platform of garages in NYC. This decision is motivated by an abundance of caution and concern for our employees, customers and partners, and the need to do our part to limit the spread of potential illness.
