When you arrive at the facility, the attendant will text you a digital ticket after obtaining your phone number or give you a paper ticket. He will also confirm how long you plan on parking.
When you return to the facility, please present your digital or paper ticket to the cashier. You can then scan your reservation bar code on the scanner outside the cashier booth or show the attendant your Icon Parking reservation information.
If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will be required to pay these fees now.

Unfortunately, no. Once made, reservations cannot be edited or changed. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation and re-book a new one. All prepaid reservations can be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to the arrival time indicated on the reservation.

All of our reservation confirmations and coupons include both the facility and facility entrance addresses. If you are programming the location into your GPS, you should enter the facility entrance address to guide you to the garage. If you need additional assistance, you can call the phone number listed on your reservation to speak with an on-site attendant at the facility.
If your reservation was canceled while the charge is still pending, it will be voided and will disappear from your credit card history in 24-72 hours. If the charge has already settled, kindly allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

To cancel your reservation, simply click on the CANCEL RESERVATION button located at the top of your email confirmation. No. Prepaid reservations are for motor vehicles only. Please note that not all facilities accept bicycles or motorcycles. Please refer to the actual location to confirm parking availability. Facility phone numbers are located on the website and IconGO app as you select a facility on the search screen.
No! Our facilities are paper-free. While you are welcome to bring a printed copy of your reservation with you to our facility, you are not required to do so. This will not apply to IconGO app customers using the mobile check-in and check-out feature, which will enable you to check-in and out directly on your phone (in the app). The IconGO app will prompt you to show your pre-paid mobile reservation receipt marked “PAID” to the parking attendant prior to leaving the facility. You must show the receipt on your screen to the parking attendant before departing.
No. You can purchase reservations through our website or app as a guest each time. All we’ll need from you when you book is an email address, so we can send your reservation confirmation and your credit card information for prepayment. However, creating an account on our website or downloading the IconGO app brings many benefits exclusive to registered users. These are not available to guest users.
